How Monitoring Works
When home security is breached
As an intruder trips (or triggers) a protected zone or triggers an activated sensor, the SDS alarm system sounds, letting the burglar know he's been discovered.
SDS monitoring center is alerted
As any SDS sensors are triggered it also alerts the SDS monitoring center to the disturbance. Security staff from the SDS team then calls your primary contact number to confirm the problem.
In the event of a true emergency
The SDS team confirms the problem is a true emergency and contacts the proper authorities so help can be sent to your home.
